Sichuan is a province of China, one of 31 and the fifth largest, covering about 485,000 square kilometres — 5% of the country. It borders Chongqing, Gansu, Guizhou, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Xizang and Yunnan. The Chang Jiang, Dadu, Jinsha and Min run through it.

A gift named for China is a restricted gift: recorded against China and spent there. If it cannot be spent there within a year it is pooled into the general fund and spent wherever it is needed most. That is a term of the gift, said here so that giving is agreeing to it.
