Ontario is a province of Canada, one of 13 and the fourth largest, covering about 1,070,000 square kilometres — 11% of the country. It lies in the southeast. It is made up of two separate pieces of land. It borders Manitoba and Québec. The Albany, Ottawa, Rainy and St. Lawrence run through it, and it takes in Big Trout Lake, Lac des Mille Lacs, Lake Abitibi and Lake Erie.

A gift named for Canada is a restricted gift: recorded against Canada and spent there. If it cannot be spent there within a year it is pooled into the general fund and spent wherever it is needed most. That is a term of the gift, said here so that giving is agreeing to it.
