About

Samara is a region of Russia, one of 85 and the 50th largest, covering about 52,700 square kilometres — under 1% of the country. It lies in the west. It borders Orenburg, Saratov, Tatarstan and Ul'yanovsk. The Volga runs through it, and it takes in Samara Reservoir.

A gift named for Russia is a restricted gift: recorded against Russia and spent there. If it cannot be spent there within a year it is pooled into the general fund and spent wherever it is needed most. That is a term of the gift, said here so that giving is agreeing to it.

Invest

A subscription for Class B units. It is at risk, it is not tax-deductible, it is not a donation, and you can lose all of it. Open only to verified accredited investors.

One fund covers every country on the map, on one set of terms. No country has its own vehicle, its own minimum or its own return.
