Dečani is a district of Kosovo, one of 30 and the 17th largest, covering about 357 square kilometres — 3% of the country. It lies in the west. It borders Istok, Klina, Mališevo, Orahovac, Peć and Đakovica.

A gift named for Kosovo is a restricted gift: recorded against Kosovo and spent there. If it cannot be spent there within a year it is pooled into the general fund and spent wherever it is needed most. That is a term of the gift, said here so that giving is agreeing to it.
