Coast is a province of Kenya, one of eight and the fourth largest, covering about 82,600 square kilometres — 14% of the country. It lies in the southeast. It is made up of two separate pieces of land. It lies wholly within the tropics. It borders Eastern, North-Eastern and Rift Valley.
