Ouest is a province of Cameroon, one of ten and the tenth largest, covering about 14,100 square kilometres — 3% of the country. It lies in the southwest. It lies wholly within the tropics. It borders Adamaoua, Centre, Littoral, Nord-Ouest and Sud-Ouest.
