About

Lékoumou is a region of the Republic of the Congo, one of twelve and the eighth largest, covering about 21,100 square kilometres — 6% of the country. It lies in the southwest. It lies wholly within the tropics. It borders Bouenza, Niari, Plateaux and Pool.
